Week 1/ Breakfast
Week 1 focuses on breakfast optimization! It’s the most important meal of the day, so we start our month with it also. We discuss the science of nutrition, picking healthy foods, and how to cook them.

Week 2/ Lunch
Week 2 is for lunch! Many of us get lunch-to-go, so we focus on making sure you have the science behind a healthy lunch, help you meal prep, and include recommendations on how to buy lunch outside of the house the smart way!

Week 3/ Dinner
Week 3 is all about Dinner! We dive into the science of meal timing, macros, how to meal prep for dinner, and eating windows.

Week 4/ Snacks & Desserts
Week 4 is all about fun! This week is all about how to snack, when to snack, what to snack on, and what types of desserts to eat. Eating healthy can be fun! And that’s what we do on week 4

We always discuss...
Protein intake, carbohydrate intake, fat intake, and ways to optimize those for your goals. Examples include weight loss/gain, food allergens, and muscle growth. Each week you get a recipe and a video on how to cook the meal!
